Established post-WWII in 1945, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) emerged as a beacon for global justice, driven by the imperative to prevent atrocities like the Holocaust.

ISRAEL MINISTER TODAY: "ICJ HATES JEWS"

Ben-Gvir: “The decision of the antisemitic court in The Hague proves what was already known: This court does not seek justice, but rather the persecution of Jewish people. They were silent during the Holocaust and today they continue the hypocrisy and take it another step further. Decisions that endanger the continued existence of the State of Israel must not be listened to, We must continue defeating the enemy until complete victory.”

Qatari FM: "We welcome the interim measures of the International Court of Justice, which are a victory for humanity and the rule of law

The ruling was issued by an overwhelming majority and reflects the extent of the threat of genocide facing the Palestinians."

U.S. RESPONDS TO ICJ RULING

US State Department: "We still believe that the allegations of genocide against Israel are baseless. The decision of the International Court of Justice is consistent with Washington’s view that Israel has the right to take measures to ensure that the October 7 attacks will not be repeated.

U.N Ambassador: "We are working to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza and release the hostages. The humanitarian situation in Gaza is tragic. Hamas did not adhere to the ceasefire and the release of the hostages.
Humanitarian truces may allow Hamas to launch more attacks. We expect Israel to cooperate with the UN mission. The two-state solution is the best option to resolve the crisis in the region. We will continue to push strongly for the two-state solution. We will not accept the continuation of Houthi attacks in the Red Sea. We explained to Iran the necessity of stopping the Houthi attacks. We made it clear to Iran that the Houthi attacks are unacceptable."
